What is the major difference between an Aimrite gun and other railguns?
At Aimrite we have a strict policy to never say a negative word about any competitors product. What we will say is we believe in what we build and strive to make the strongest and accurate railgun in the world. It was Aimrite that started “Lifetime Warranty” in this industry and we will always do our best to provide the best quality Spearfishing equipment and extraordinary customer service.

How reliable is your trigger mechanism?
I smile every time I hear this question. All I can say is that we use the very best, strongest investment casting process known to the industry. We test, test and retest our products continuously. We do this by testing not only the trigger mechanism but the entire handle assembly in our hydraulic testing machine.

Our first test is to pressurise the trigger/handle to 100 kgs, then our second test is to 250 kgs, then for the final test we go back to 100 kgs. During each test the trigger/handle is monitored while being shot.
How do you honor “Lifetime Warranty”?
Usually no questions asked. Unless the warranty looks as if it is being clearly abused to take advantage of us, we will bend over backwards to help our customers. Please see the warranty page for further details.

How long will it take to get my order?
Usually our guns go out within 48 hours, however, if for any reason they cannot, we will contact you and give you an update. Warranties go out ASAP.

Who owns and runs Aimrite?
Aimrite Australia Pty Ltd. is a family run business that is solely owned by Rick and Angela Bettua and their 2 sons Nicholas and Troy. Although Rick is taking a step back to enjoy some well deserved family time, Travis Hogan is the new General Manager and runs the business out of Cairns, Queensland, Australia.

How do you request Aimrite Sponsorship for Tournaments?
Aimrite will make every effort to support each and every Junior’s tournament in Australia and Worldwide. Additionally, we will also consider other tournaments on a case by case basis. Please send your request early, via mail to the address on the contact page for consideration.
